how 'bout an Apollo 13 score by John Williams?

and I kinda wonder what a Goldenthal Gladiator might have been like.
Listening to some of his stuff like the Titus Finale, I have to believe he could done something very cool.

NP -- Dinosaur, JNH<-- I could stand to hear this guy do a concert

Mask of Zorro - Marco Beltrami

Not that Horner's score was bad, but after hearing Lands' End, it'd be cool to hear what Beltrami would've made of it.

np Echo & Bounce - Propellerheads

I hate the film but North could have, at least, made it bearable

I feel the same way. I prefer North's music to what was used, don't get me wrong I like classical, but it makes the movie a little more boring than it already is. Every time I try to watch this movie it just bores me. Nothing personal against Kubrick, I did like The Shining though. I just don't like his choices for music.

hehehe...well...ummm.....in all honesty, I really do LOVE Jarre's score to Jacob's Ladder and his music for Witness is pretty good, but I would have loved to hear either Goldsmith or Williams score both of those and what accompanied the visuals to Ghost I do not consider music at all (BLEH)...Barry would have made that film HUMMMM....and I think Mosquito Coast would be a PERFECT opportunity for Ottman to show his stuff in a varied setting...

anyone but Jarre...who has already done it, so it's a moot point now...

NP - The Usual Suspects (Ottman)

Even though I really enjoyed James Horner's music to Titanic, it really would of been interesting to hear what John Williams would of written for this movie.

Back to the Future movies: Jerry Goldsmith
    Starship Troopers: Jerry Goldsmith
    Shawshank Redemption: Christopher Gordon

Infact, Christopher Gordon needs to move to the USA so that he can score more movies! Moby Dick and On the Beach are great scores. It's too bad that more movie makers do not use his great talent.
