If I can get tickets (my sister is trying to get me some for my 20th birthday), then I will certainly be there. I should imagine I may meet up with some other Goldsmith society members who attend. Maybe if there's anyone else here who's going we could meet up too....

I'll be going for sure! Both nights! Kind of an 18th Birthday present to myself (which falls on the 14th of May).Dan (UK)

You know, this is so typical. Since I live in Norway and am a poor student, it's not that easy to dish out money for the flight, the stay, the food and the actual expensive concert(s). Anyone in London like to accomodate me?...
I wish, though. I really wish.
God, this makes me all envious of you guys. I better quit now...

Anybody know if he'll be at the Hollywood bowl this summer. I might take my vacation to go see him.

Thor,
don't feel bad. Some of us wish to be at a concert so much that we start to actually believe our own fantasies.

How I'd love to do the London concerts. I'm not too terribly neglected -- I saw Mr. G at Carnegie Hall -- and I hope to make the Detroit concerts as well. But there's something about seeing him in London that particularly appeals to me -- perhaps because he did so many of his finest scores there. Also, I just like the place.

So, with all this arranging going for Detroit, who's coming to London (a week on Monday)? I got my tickets now, so anyone wanna meet up?
