If you don't have "The Fly," pick it up with all speed. This is a fantastic score, one of Shore's best!

For those feeling a little experimental (and willing to put up with a little dialogue), Simon Boswell's "Hardware" score is very well done.

Thank God I found The Chamber as a used CD for $3.99. I would have had to pay a fortune for it!!

Boy am I glad I got The Chamber the day it came out along with Danny Elfman's Extreme Measures, Elmer Bernstein's rejected Last Man Standing and The Alien Trilogy. Those have been keepers in my collection. Other out-of-print scores of note (to help my friend Sebeula out)

The Net (Mark Isham, this is a goodie)
    The Craft (Graeme Revell)
    Last Man Standing (Elmer Bernstein)
    Set It Off (Christopher Young)
    Mother Night (Michael Convertino)
    Stephen King's Thinner (Daniel Licht)
    Maximum Risk (Robert Folk)
    Chain Reaction (Jerry Goldsmith)
    Bordello of Blood (Chris Boardman)
    Frankie Starlight (Elmer Bernstein)
    Executive Decision (Jerry Goldsmith)
    Now and Then (Cliff Eidelman)
    First Wives Club (Marc Shaiman)
Dante's Peak (John Frizzell/James Newton Howard)
    Fierce Creatures (Jerry Goldsmith)
    Volcano (Alan Silvestri)

and going outta print ASAP if they haven't already.

    Mad City (Thomas Newman)
For Richer or Poorer (Randy Edelman)
Leave It To Beaver (Randy Edelman)
This World, Then the Fireworks (Pete Rugolo, this one is definetly worth picking up)

Why does Varese pull some of these scores off the market so swiftly? Some aren't more than a few years old.
