What scores do you listen to when you are, say, driving, or relaxing or maybe fishing?

It may not be playing on the CD player, but you could imagine it playing in your head.

    Some of my selections:
    Driving: TWINE (Tracks 2 & 3) (when I'm late)
Kalifornia (when I'm driving on a hot afternoon)

Relaxing: Terminator 2 (Desert Suite) (some serious thinking)

When I'm down: Top Gun (Memories)

When I'm kinda mad: The Rock (Main Titles, full blast when it's raining!)

These are what I can think of at the moment.

    When I'm studying:

    - Beyond Rangoon
    - Saving Private Ryan
    - The Thin Red Line
    - The Lion King

When I want to piss off the neighbours:

    - Drop Zone (track # 7)
    - Backdraft (oh, the awesome bass!)

Other than that, I listen to 'em whenever I feel like.

Best homework music(from experience last night studying) is Glory, Braveheart, Princess Mononoke, and Batman(for more intense studying).

For me, there's only ONE proper situation to listen to film music (as mentioned earlier) and that is home alone, in darkness, lying comfortably down on the couch and with the volume real high (if the neighbours are gone, of course).

But then again, I admit that I also listen to film music while on long-distance trains or busses. And also while I'm working on the computer.

But ALWAYS in a relaxed situation!

    Hiya, Dantoris!

A damned interesting name for a vampire. Was there an ethnicity or history for the name? You'll have to tell us someday....

    Music for driving:

    STAR TREK II
    RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK
    SUPERMAN
    THE FINAL CONFLICT: OMEN III
    JAWS II
    BLUE THUNDER

    Music for writing:

I honestly close my eyes & reach for anything, being careful to hit a different shelf than the last CD. Sorta what
    Scott was talking about.

    Music for housecleaning:

    CONAN THE BARBARIAN
    AIR FORCE ONE
    THE BLACK HOLE
    RED DAWN
    FIRST BLOOD
    (apparently I'm an aggressive cleaner!)

    Music for long trips:

the STAR WARS Special Edition expanded CD's

    Music for sleeping:

    CONTACT
    FORREST GUMP
    TITANIC
    RADIO FLYER
...and darn near any non-Bond Barry score. I love the guy's music, but if even a little bit tired, DANCES WITH WOLVES and SOMEWHERE IN TIME and OUT OF AFRICA put me right out. There is absolutely NO insult to big Barry fans in that! That stuff just really relaxes me....

NP: THE ADVENTURES OF BUCKAROO BANZAI 4.5/5*
