The Adventures of Rocky and Bullwinkle. I have bad news, good news, and bad news.

Bad news: Michael Kamen will not be scoring this movie.

Good news: Mark Mothersbaugh will be scoring this movie.

Good news: Mothersbaugh is a very good composer.

Bad news: Mothersbaugh's scores are rarely ever released (although they are becoming more common).

Just thought you'd all like to know. I'm a little disappointed Michael Kamen's not doing it, but I'm confident in Mark Mothersbaugh's abilities. I loved his score for The Rugrats Movie.

It's going to be very interesting to see how this movie turns out.
I've been a Rocky & Bullwinkle fan since the 60's. I just saw the trailer for the new film, and this one could go either way. . .
The original Rocky & Bullwinkle featured the absolute cheapest and most terrible cartoon animation (almost as bad as South Park) ever, combined with scripting, voices, music & sound effects that combined to create a hilarious and truly memorable cartoon series!
When I saw the "new, improved" CGI Rocky & Bullwinkle in the trailer, my heart sank.
I don't know, but right now I have a very bad feeling about this. . .

R&B was way ahead of its time. Fractured Fairy Tales, Peabody with his boy Sherman and the Wayback Machine, Metal Munching Mice from Mars, and Boris who schooled at "Wassamatta U". They will be hard pressed to do this one justice and not end up with an Inspector Gadget result.

"Uh, watch me pull a rabbit outta my hat!"
