Hi everyone,
Just wanted to say that this site is great! I finally get to meet some people who enjoy film scores and don't think I'm weird! Well, anywayz...just thought I'd say hi cuz I'm sorta new. It seems that there are more guys here than girls. I wonder why that is? Ah well, it's all good.

Aha. Finally. I get to be the first one to welcome a new member to MovieMusic. Welcome Jennie. Glad you've found this motley bunch of, yes, mostly guys. Jump into the fray at anytime and remember...we're all brothers and sisters in movie music.Ooh. And perhaps you could shed a little light on your own question as to why there are more males than females here? Do you find that you're the only girl around that likes film music? Are there a lot of film music-liking women out there that just haven't found us yet? Yes, yes. I know we have our share of well-enlightened women in the group, so feel free to chime in too.

Welcome to the board, Jennie.I'm not going to make any comments about the fact that there aren't many girls here because almost everyone else already has.

Wow...hi everyone.
I feel so special from all the welcomes. =)
Hmm...about the female thing...I really don't know. Actually none of my friends are really into film scores like I am. I mean...they respect me for my likes but it's not like they're counting down the days for American Beauty score to come out. LoL but it's all good. Glad I found this site and all you guys here.Matt~

Hey hey, my my....Matt here's heading for good ol' SC, eh?
Bring it on!! (Some of you may know what I'm talking about, even though I am not really into that rivalry thing) But did you the year AFTER next, meaning the school year 2000-2001?
Love SFT's plugs on Elfman, you know, that's why SFT's so infamous around here. We need more obsessive/maniacal/passionate music freaks like him around here.
Oh yeah, Jennie, do you still want The Matrix?

I mean the year 2001-2002. 200-2001 is next school year. The same time all you juniors in HS will be entering college is when i will be going to USC.AND as long as we are plugging: Matrix rules, and im not referring to the score

Matt,
that's why you can't be objective when it comes to the visiual effects.

Scott, you silly boy. I know more about special effects than anyone else on this board. Im always objective. I was not predicting who would win...i was pointing out who should win.
