    Hey there guys,
Just wondering, has anyone elses web browser been locking up on them lately? I am asking because mine is, this really makes me mad, and some other people that I know also have. Juat a tech question, and please respond, I would like to get a sense of how big this problem is.

My browser is fine. It's been getting a bit more difficult to log onto AltaVista's free ISP service (in case anyone didn't know they offer it), but that's OK... I like the price.

I work on two computers (soon three once I finish my supercomputer )and had only problems on one but that is more a software problem than anything else. I'm not aware of any new viruses out there...
Anyway, it's either software or hardware related. Have you installed a new program lately, deleted anything, uninstalled an application? When exactly did this problem start?

I've found out... that this has only been happening to members of AOL. ...and we all know about AOL. =)

I'm an AOL user for Internet service, but I use Netscape as my browser. I've been having no problems with this site. I wish I could help you, but I'm not about to try using AOL's browser in case it makes my computer freeze up again.

That's what I have herd also. Due to the fact that it is indeed AOL (I use them) it will, hopefuly, be fixed within the next few weeks.
