    Hey Sebulba-

I've just completed my cd set, and the time totalled to 108:25. Yeah, you heard me. I've got track titles, which I'll post in a little bit. You may like mine a little better.

    Disc 1- 54:26
    Disc 2- 53:59

There are two alternate tracks which I've included on the second disc.

    Stay tuned,
    Jeron

    JERON,
So how did you get an extra 15 minutes from the score? I went through the entire movie straight through, and did not miss a single cue. 15 minutes is quite a bit to miss. I will admit, I did not add the 1920's piano tunes played on the boat (that are not Goldsmith), which may total about 5 minutes, but certainly not 15.

    Hey-

Well, I did add all the source music to the cd... but the alternative cues, well - I found that two cues on the commerically released cd are different than that which was played in the movie. So, just for fun - I tagged those two cues at the end.

I'll be posting my track titles soon. Gotta go check on the neighbor's house first (they are out of town)!

    ~Jeron

PS - Everything on these cds is excellent! The quality is incredible.

    * Source Music (not by Jerry Goldsmith)
    ** Commercially Released
^ Different version than on OST

There are a few tracks I'm curious about on your track listing... which I could have sworn I got, but just can't relate them to my titles... who knows, maybe you can help. Maybe I missed them!

"Drinks with Winston", "Blood Into Water", and "Evelyn's Choice"... What are these tracks??? Can you compare them all to my track times?

Also, I wanted to be consistent with the commercial release, so I used those track titles where necessary.

Okay, I figured it out. You've got your titles mixed up.

    1) "Drinks With Winston" is source music, my "Fort Brydon, Cairo"

    2) "Water into Blood" is actually the scene where Imhotep finishes off the guy he stole his eyes from... and as Beni said "He must finish the job," thus giving me the title "Finishing the Job."

    3) "Evelyn's Choise" is the track "Crowd Control," as labeled on the original soundtrack.

This makes me a little less nervous about thinking I missed some tracks! Though I do think it is interesting we started our disc 2's on the same track.

I'm designing cover art as well, lemme know what you end up with and let's compare. What graphics are you using?

    Jeron,
When I do cdr's from iso scores, I generally try to use track names consistent with the ost, and then new ones for new tracks (of course). However, I don't have the ost, so I wasn't exactly sure which tracks went with what, since not all of the times matched (I got the ost track listing off the web.) Hence, no "crowd control", "Mumia attack", etc. I do like some of your title names, so I may switch some of mine.

Let me be the first to thank you guys for sharing the info with us. I was wondering whether there was anyone out there who actually went through the whole disc and write down the time and make up titles. Most importantly, you indicated which track was commercially released so I won't mistakenly record those tracks. Thanks again.

    Luc-

The quality is good on the DVD, but it different slightly from the commercial release. I would record all of the tracks, so the sound quality will be consistent. I've found that the commercially release tracks are a bit quieter than those found on the DVD.

Makes for a better listening experience, though that's just my opinion.

    Jeron,

really? The CD recording is not as loud as the DVD? Here's my story. I record everything to my MD. Whenever I record music from my CD minisystem onto my MD, the volume is louder than when I record music from the DVD. Of course there's one obvious difference: I'm recording via digital source from the minisystem and via analog from the DVD player (can't record music digitally from a DVD player as you might already know. Protection, Copyright, ect). It could also be due to audio compression which is different in a DVD. So anyway, my MD either have all DVD source recording or CD recording. I don't mix them. As for volume and quality of the Mummy isolated score, I have to record it to find out. Thanks.
