The Dust Brothers are primary producers, but do do their own stuff every once in a while. If you have the Music inspired ... album of the X-Files, they do a funky, techno/disco version of the main title. Oddly enough, the also were the producers behind Hanson's "MMMBOP". Hope that helps.Ben

Actually, the score is released by Restless Records, thr group responsible for releasing Entrapment, LA Confidential, and The Negotiator. All good soundtracks,
Let's hope this one's a good one. I'm seeing a sneak preview of the movie tomorrow night. I'll let you know how it goes.Plus, you can go to the web site for fight club and hear selections of the score.

First off, the movie was outstanding! It was probably one of the most original movies of the summer. It was smartly written. It was full of great humor and the acting was great! Now on to the music. The first two seconds of the score sound like it is gonna be an orchestral score, but then we get a fast dance beat. It is primarily full of these beats and some pop tunes. The score was not terrible, but not anything I would go out and buy.Aaron

Hmm Aaron, I'm not even sure I'd call it a score. I agree, the movie was great, and I think the music worked really well for the movie. It was kind of a techno/industrial, similiar to "Pi" and "Matrix." So, like Aaron, I probably won't go out and buy it, but it worked REALLY well for the film, and for you techno people, you might want to look into it.

I have to say that the music is okay, but the case it comes in is not very good. It comes in a cardboard case similar to The Lost World. Why do they come in these strange cases?

I got this score free this weekend and checked it out- it was the single most boring score I've ever heard. There was no energy, and it lulled me to sleep. The Dust Brothers should have considered consulting Hans Zimmer for the score.
