What happened to Cinemusic? Whenever I go to cinemusic.interlane.net , my browser insists that the site doesn't exist! I know Helen San was moving and there weren't going to be any updates for about a week, but the entire site seems to be down! What's wrong?James

Same thing is happening to me. It better not be down for good, cuz I don't know what I'd do without the mystery clip of the week or the review directory!!!

Hey everybody, I saw this post and I right away got on AOL Instant Messenger to check for Cinemusic, and she explained to me that her old site at cinemusic.interlane.net crashed, and her new site is at www.cinemusic.net. Unfortunately her old site is completely gone, and there is no way to direct traffic from that site to her new one, so please try to get the word around for her new site so everybody finds it. Cinemusic apologizes for the inconvinience, and hopes everything is up on her new site as soon as possible.

Gee, it looks great! The main page with the note logo and pop-up notation is excellent.NP: Amazon (Alan Williams) *****

Hi, just got a breather and registered with this message board. Thanks for your comments and inquiries. It is good to be missed!
The Score Review Directory is now ReviewSearch and will be online soon. After a week off, the Mystery Clip Contest will be back on this Monday.
Thanks for your support.
Best,
Helen

Wow, that was a tricky post to figure out....So the 99% orange site has gone 1% orange? I thought that was the trademark color... maybe Ryan was starting to see too much blue in the real world as a result of staring at orange on the monitor all day?
Ryan, if you are reading, the soundtrackinfo.com site is the internet-wide dumpsite for those bothersome questions from people about songs in movies. Put a link on your contact page and no one should bother you about that ever again....
Thanks for the MovieMusic store link under retailers in the link section.

Wow, I just had a flashback to '99 there. Thanks for the kind comments and the mention. It was either kill the site or revamp it completely.
As for the orange... It hurt to let it go, but you can imagine the design challenge of pulling together a text, link and visited link colour scheme that was both functional and looked good. I spun my wheels for wheels with a orange-centric design before moving on. Everyone hum the brass theme from APOLLO 13 in rememberance.
I owe a huge thanks to the guys who are writing reviews for the site too.

It's only been around a year and a half and has already amassed 60% of the traffic moviemusic.com receives, which is significant. It will pass the moviemusic.com site this year for sure, as long as record producers keep leaving off very important movie songs from the CD releases (or entire song-based soundtracks aren't released at all, like The Holiday).Film score website webmasters hate it when people write in with song questions... just look at all the bolded red threatening textual warnings on their contact pages! The OSTinfo site was created to convince people to leave the film score webmasters alone. Yes, confusing to the common man... how could they be so stupid?
But really, some of them are, but through no fault of their own. I love the back country Abus from India who've never heard of Rick James' "Super Freak." Reading them attempting to describe it the most hilarious thing ever. How they even got on the internet is beyond me.
