I was reading the responses of DIE HARD in the Action Music forum and its one of my favorite scores. But I thought this score was unavailable. Is this in promo form? How is the CD quality and does anyone know where I can get a copy? Thanks!

DIE HARD was available in the form of a bootleg some time back. Perhaps you should try The Soundtrack Auction,(http://www.cisf.com/auction/index.shtml) if you haven't already, or ask the guy from www.screenarchives.com if he can help you.
