craig's review
of this soundtrack CD:
by craig on 5/30/2005 favorite track: 16 I love the "Opening Theme" to this score. It's one hip track that reminds me of the background music heard in a lot of UK television series in the 60s and 70s. Slightly techno, David Thrussell did a fantastic job for his sophomore outing. This score has some of the best tension-driven pieces I've heard. One of the best on here has to be "Through the Glass Bridge," where the three brothers, who just pulled a major heist at a race track, make their getaway on foot. "Death by Lava Lamp," "The Last Job" and "The Big Kiss" are three sinister tracks that really illustrate the scenes of double-crosses and "who's really screwing who?". With a victorious Avengers-like "End Theme," this score is fantastic and on my list of all-time favorites. Great effort by David Thrussell. see all reviews, or add a review
